Allegations Against Ronaldo and Binance

The grievance asserts that Ronaldo’s promotion of Binance advocated customers to join NFTs, making them much more likely to use the platform for different functions, which includes investing in what the plaintiffs claim had been unregistered securities, consisting of Binance’s BNB token and crypto yield programs. Failure to Disclose Payments and Legal Consequences

The plaintiffs argue that Ronaldo, with his funding revel and extensive resources, needs to have recognized Binance’s purported sale of unregistered crypto securities. The lawsuit cites U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) steering requiring celebrities to reveal bills for cryptocurrency promotions, an obligation Ronaldo allegedly didn’t satisfy.
