Enugu, Nigeria — July 29, 2025 — ETH Enugu 2025 is set to bring a transformative blockchain experience to the heart of Enugu this August, blending innovation, culture, and community. Running from August 4th to 16th, this dynamic multi-week event will host builders, researchers, developers, and blockchain enthusiasts from around the world.
Key Highlights of ETH Enugu 2025:
Builder’s Residency (Aug 4–16): Fifty selected builders from diverse regions and backgrounds will live and collaborate in Enugu for two weeks, co-creating blockchain projects and exploring new ideas through workshops, networking, and mentorship.
Pop-Up City (Aug 4–16): A vibrant co-working and collaboration hub open daily to over 200 participants, including residents, local talent, and international guests. It offers a space to build, connect, and innovate.
Pop-Up City Hackathon (5 Days): An inclusive hackathon focused on cutting-edge themes such as decentralized AI, DePin, DeFi, RWA, and social impact. Participants will have the opportunity to develop impactful blockchain solutions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Ethereum Research Village (Aug 4–Sep 1): A dedicated space for Ethereum research and knowledge exchange, running in-person for two weeks and continuing online for two more. It will bring together researchers, tooling developers, and enthusiasts to advance the Ethereum ecosystem.
Ecosystems Day: A celebration of multi-chain innovation, shining a spotlight on non-Ethereum ecosystems and exploring cross-chain collaboration opportunities.
City Tours & Cultural Immersion: Participants will also enjoy guided tours of Enugu, including historical sites and cultural hotspots, offering a rich local experience alongside tech-driven activities.
Conference & Summit (Aug 16): The grand finale will feature keynotes, panels, and networking sessions with over 1,000 attendees expected. It will serve as a convergence point for ideas, community, and global blockchain innovation.
